Introducing Our Refreshed New to Travel Program

We are excited to share updates to our New to Travel Program, thoughtfully designed to better support today’s new advisors. This is not a “figure it out on your own” experience. It’s a guided start with room to grow, with support available throughout your journey, not just at the beginning.

Our refreshed program focuses on:

Training is self-paced and typically completed in 60–70 hours, allowing you to move through the material at a pace that fits your schedule. Advisors may begin booking as they progress through training, so learning and earning can happen simultaneously.

Once your join form is submitted, onboarding typically takes 3–5 business days, so you can get started quickly and with clarity.
