The Chairman’s Club uses a points-based system to establish, recognize and rank our top performing members. This point-based system is our way of incentivizing members to sell our most supportive suppliers.
Members earn points by selling our preferred suppliers. Enhanced points are assigned to each supplier based on an Annual Marketing Plan partnership, co-op and override incentives.
New for 2020 will be an additional incentive for the New 2 Travel program attendees. The training process requires Signature Expert Certification which includes training with at least 10 supplier partners. For suppliers that participate in the OASIS Elite Marketing Plan, we will award bonus chairman points to the attendees that complete preferred supplier’s training.
The top point earners are eligible for our Chairman’s Club luxurious recognition trips. We have also added a monetary value to the points. Annually, our members may exchange their points to offset the minimal costs associated with these Chairman’s Trips. They may also use the points to offset their costs to attend the OASIS Annual Meeting. We value engagement and want to encourage members to network with suppliers and colleagues and financially reward them to do so.
